Manage Organization

  1. Under the main menu, click Manage Organization.

  2. You can invite new users in your organization to the Tenjin account. Just add their name, email address and select permission type. There are four types of permissions:

    • Account Administration: Access to every ability aside from DataVault administration. Can update access levels of peers.
    • DataVault Administration: Access to every ability including DataVault administration. Cannot change access levels of peers.
    • Campaigns, Apps, and Channels only: Ability to manage Campaigns, Apps, and Channels. Unable to view reporting data.
    • Reports only: Ability to view reporting data from User Acquisition, Ad Monetization and Data Exporter tabs. Unable to manage Campaigns, Apps, or Channels.

  3. The person will get the following email. Just accept the invitation.

  4. You can remove existing users or change user access levels on this page.

  5. You can also view a user’s access tokens by clicking the Access Tokens button. You will then be taken to a page that lists all the user’s access tokens. This shows when the token was last used and allows you to revoke access if necessary.

  6. The option to close your Tenjin account is available at the bottom of this page. When the requested is submitted, a Tenjin representative will contact you for confirmation. Account data and user access will be disabled after confirmation. This request can only be made by your Tenjin Account owner.

Access Levels:

  • Account Administration: Access to every ability aside from DataVault administration. Can update access levels of peers.

Users can be assigned multiple non-conflicting access levels (e.g. Account Administration and DataVault Administration).
