Manage Organization

  1. Under the main menu, click Manage Organization.

  2. You can invite new users in your organization to the Tenjin account. Just add their name, email address and select permission type. There are three types of permissions:

    • Account Administration: Access to every ability aside from DataVault administration. Can update access levels of peers.
    • DataVault Administration: Access to every ability including DataVault administration. Cannot change access levels of peers.
    • Reports only: Only has access to reporting from User Acquisition, Ad Monetization and Data Exporter tabs.

  3. The person will get the following email. Just accept the invitation.

  4. You can also remove existing users or change user access levels here.

  5. You can also view a user’s access tokens by clicking the Access Tokens button. You will then be taken to a page that lists all the user’s access tokens. This shows when the token was last used and allows you to revoke access if necessary.

Access Levels:

  • Account Administration: Access to every ability aside from DataVault administration. Can update access levels of peers.
  • DataVault Administration: Access to every ability including DataVault administration. Cannot change access levels of peers.
  • Reports only: Only has access to reporting from User Acquisition, Ad Monetization and Data Exporter tabs.

Users can be assigned multiple non-conflicting access levels (e.g. Account Administration and DataVault Administration).
