    Instructions for Google Ads Web to App Campaigns

    1. Create a custom channel named 'Google web' channel on Tenjin and create then your campaign based on our Custom Channel setup guide here.

    2. On the Google Ads dashboard, set up Google Ads web campaign - not App campaigns.

    3. Go to Campaign settings -> Campaign URL options.

    4. Set up the tracking template at campaign level and ad level.

    Tracking url example: https://track.tenjin.io/v0/googleweb/bFpF2uljcAyfPCzwUJ0tuZ?redirect_url={lpurl}

    (optional) You can add additional paramaters you wish to pass to Tenjin, such as campaign_name, creative_name and site_id, based on our macros here.

    1. If you want to track the performance on the google analytics, please also add the below parameters to the tracking url (more info here)

      &clickid={gclid}&tenjinparameter0={gbraid}&tenjinparameter1={wbraid}&tenjinparameter2={dcpwbraid}

    2. After configuration, you can test the tracking under ad level.
